Compliance status depends on the specific product, service, environment, contract, and data type involved. This site is our public marketing and assessment-intake surface — it does not process Protected Health Information (PHI), and no claim on this page should be read as extending to CareOS or any other ALB or All Love Binds LLC product. We label every control by where it actually stands: implemented, in progress, planned, or not yet audited — never “compliant” or “certified” unless an authorized independent body has actually completed that review.

ImplementedAI tools assist ALB’s internal analysis and drafting work. AI is never used to make clinical, tax, legal, or accounting judgments, and no client data is used to train third-party general-purpose models without explicit written agreement.
Assessment and contact form submissions are retained to support the sales and delivery process. A full Data Retention and Deletion Policy is in the governance draft package, pending legal review. Deletion requests can be sent to aialbgrowth@gmail.com.
